Impact, Novelty, Drive, and Growth are a few words that come to mind when I think about my working experience in SCIDaR. After two years with the organization, my journey has been one filled with personal and professional development.

In addition to being surrounded by dedicated colleagues who pushed me daily to be a better version of myself, I was empowered to wear multiple hats, make valuable contributions and think outside the box while making decisions; all of which contributed efficiently to my growth and development. The vibrant atmosphere and the good mix of young and older agile workforce also made it easy to make amazing friends and acquire inspiring mentors along the way
